This Balmain SS2011 leather corset can be replicated by ripping two secondhand 80´s leather jackets to strips and attaching them to a corset base with safety pins. Buy a big box of them. The pins can be a bit tricky to puch through leather so make sure the leather jackets you choose for this project are made from really soft leather.
