You´ll need:
secondhand hat
spikes
scissors

The spikes are surprisingly heavy so the hat you choose for this project, should be sturdy enough to handle the weight. If it becomes too heavy, pin an elastic band around the back of your head. It helps to hold the hat better on. Attach it to the hat with safety pins.
