EmilioDeLaMorena Summer 2008 inspiration



Time to introduce to you yet an another inspirational collection from the past. Emilio De La Morena Summer 2008 collection had pieces constructed from waterdrop shaped fabric pieces. The collection reminded me about Balenciaga´s Summer 2002 collection. The overall look is very different from De La Morena´s collection due to different sort of fabrics used. This just shows how versatile this technique is.

    Love the garments, they look so individual and pieced together very carefully. With designs like these you really need to carefully select each bit.
