A year ago we saw this Summer 2013 bag on Paris Fashion Week. It was the Maison Martin Margiela upholstery clutch bag. I love Margiela and this bag has haunted my DIY dreams for the past year. It´s cut from upholstery velvet-jacquard and lined with leather. For maximum impact, I´d style this piece against a minimal palette of brown and black. I´ve been searching for the perfect carpet to do this with but have not yet found it. Doesn´t matter, this bag will be in fashion years from now.
