Hells window

Nadiia Shapoval by Ross Shields

In the Middle Ages the low cut armholes of womens dresses was called Hells Windows. I´m sure you can figure out the religious references. This shirt reminds me of it. And of course I love the handsewn chains to emphasize the cut.

  1. I love low armholes on tanks and tank dresses ever since being converted by mydearthing and American Apparel, especially when paired with either a pretty bra or a bandeau.
